Sambar Soppu

This is called as "Sambar Soppu", widely used in North Canara district. I prepare Chatney & Tambli of this soppu (leaves). Its binomial name is "Plectranthus Amboinicus".  It has medicinal properties and called as "Ashmantaka" in Sankrit.
