We, Kannadigas call this as Basale soppu(leaves). Its binomial name is Basella alba . It's from by balcony garden. It is very easy to grow. I usually prepares sambar and Hasi(raita) out of this. Healthy and Tasty.

bassale is an exelent vegitable and you can prepare curry with Jack Fruit seads which will have very good taste along with rise you can eat
