<br />
<br />
<br />
Hi there,<br />
<br />
Afer a long gap coming back to blogging. I was quite busy with Instagram, you know :)<br />
<br />
Today, I want to introduce you few of my cushion cover collection. From the online store beginning, I wanted to start a section on home linen. But I was not able to do so until my visit to a nearby craft mela. There a shop which was selling Banrasi cushion covers captivated me. These were reasonably priced and the shop owner was ready to give me for resale. I was very happy and bought few samples from him. As soon as I posted on Instagram many potential buyers enquired. That made me convince on investing more on cushion covers stocks. Then I went ahead and bought five pieces of each design. A few asked for the bigger size, I have stocked four design with two units each. You can check the <a href="http://www.craftkhazana.com/pages/decor/cushion-covers/banarasi-cushions#/page/1" target="_blank">STORE</a> for more variety and details.<br />

<br />
<br />
I am into three-month self-challenge of house revamping. In this process, I have sold out my old cane sofa set and bought a new leatherette three seaters. OLX! yes, within a day old sofa set and a cane book rack sold out!! I am happy that I made a tough decision of selling existence set to buy the new ones. Now, I have the sofa, not a coffee table. So, the search begin.<br />
<br />
I was not happy with whatever available online, price wise. I am having a tight budget. As I was going through youtube and Instagram seeking inspiration, this idea stuck me! Why not convert existing teak jali side table to a center coffee table!! For this, all I need is a glass top and some drilling and screwing.<br />
<br />
I went out and bought a glass top of 14-inch diameter. I wanted to have a bigger glass top, skipped this thinking of our toddler. Felt not so safe to have a bigger glass top. In between polished the wood and now it's ready to go!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjzpuUE2I7iHVk5MQzFkWdoymAcX9RMKL4OWcKAACbfzKtbcp2CyrQWfEiM89gfeDYpNBB01VXRlCD1mncfgwe-XBkk4pawEOtKyHy78Eo6xqfeepkaEibZAMZzhtmUq5c-adZqFA8ssNck/s1600/DIY-coffee-table.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="600" data-original-width="800" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjzpuUE2I7iHVk5MQzFkWdoymAcX9RMKL4OWcKAACbfzKtbcp2CyrQWfEiM89gfeDYpNBB01VXRlCD1mncfgwe-XBkk4pawEOtKyHy78Eo6xqfeepkaEibZAMZzhtmUq5c-adZqFA8ssNck/s400/DIY-coffee-table.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
Existing teak table had a foldable base. I screwed and attached to the wooden top. The wooden top has beautiful brass inlay work. I removed center small design and made a drill and screw glass top.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEifZ3zfLY3pCU12GqmdQyiSfEVAzh1P6njREGd59gMSx61a8X-HE82esyWWRW5mSsg9vSaY9NRhclgoI4KChbB7aieuicCuGrTciljGrM6A9nwUUdResky1oVmV1iN5PlBLjolAql0fjO0y/s1600/DIY-coffee-table-02.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="450" data-original-width="800" height="225" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEifZ3zfLY3pCU12GqmdQyiSfEVAzh1P6njREGd59gMSx61a8X-HE82esyWWRW5mSsg9vSaY9NRhclgoI4KChbB7aieuicCuGrTciljGrM6A9nwUUdResky1oVmV1iN5PlBLjolAql0fjO0y/s400/DIY-coffee-table-02.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
And here is what the end product look like. I do not own cutting plier. Used kitchen pakkad to tighten the bolt. The result, revolving glass!! Cool, isn't it?<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<span class="mceItemHidden"><br /></span>
<span class="mceItemHidden"><br /></span>
<span class="mceItemHidden">Now a days I am pretty much hooked into <span class="hiddenSpellError" pre="into " style="border-bottom: 2px solid red; cursor: default;">Instagram</span>. There are so many inspirational decor images. One such image made me do this lamp. In that image they have kept a floor lamp which back lighted the palm plant and same was lighting above wall painting. In my case, I have just nailed a beautiful <span class="hiddenSpellError" pre="beautiful " style="border-bottom: 2px solid red; cursor: default;">Jharoka</span> which we bought from our recent trip to Jaipur and have a palm plant just below it. Thought why not use an old lamp shade base to do my type of floor lamp. </span><br />
<br />
<span class="mceItemHidden">I grabbed a piece of cloth, scissors, glue, gum tape and card sheet to do so. I measured old lamp shade base and cut the card sheet. I rolled paper to form a cylinder shape and glued it. I rolled same paper cylinder on cloth to get the measurement, cut and glued on this paper from outside. Looked fab to me. There was a little problem. I needed some base for the lamp. Thought of using beads. To gum the beads directly to thin shade is not possible. Suddenly a new idea struck me. I took out tooth picks, inserted beads in them and stick three of them to the bottom of the shade. DONE! </span><br />
<br />
Now I placed the bulb and the wiring into its place. My bead base allowed me to pass the wire out from the lamp shade. You can read how I fitted this wiring from this <a href="http://allsoupis.blogspot.in/2011/07/table-lamp.html" target="_blank">old tutorial</a>.<br />

This is the last post of this series. I am starting with this Godess Laxmi picture. On the last day of Deepavali, I added more rangolis and few diyas. We do not celebrate bhai dooj. Instead I kept lot of free time in this evening to enjoy the festival of lights. With light background music, I rejoiced the moment with family.</div>

Total setup on that day; I floated Sevanti flowers and candles in glass bowls, arranged them on TV unit. TV screen reflected same giving illusion of more lights. I draw another kolam on coffee table and kept tinted glass light holder and diyas. Here how all looked well.<br />

<br />
<br />
Yeyy! This is Diwali time again. Happy that, after seven years I am doing a new post on this topic. From last couple of years, we were using our Diwali vacations to tour the new worlds. This time after a long gap we celebrated at home. We have another special reason to celebrate, our little one. She is one year new!<br />
<br />
As I have active baby in my home, my decor limited to living hall that too on one side. I kept all my diyas on tables. She is sweet enough to not touch any decor. She just wonder what Mamma is doing all the time. Even she helped me to pick up the flower and arrange ! Here is pic of fresh flowers to start a blessed festival morning.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhWVYSXqNpb0VCeA6mSkw1VaZsX87Ayh34SMD1Y6c1vTGk7E05L0pMaBprDNdBFTp3KRASRiz2cLV6f1ddIDTbOlQaemCkJqiTZW67-Ru1yMt0kLsO9xs2yJk_ZWCOZBIrZBgxSrT2ADIN2/s1600/diwali-flowers-jasmine-pooja-flowers.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="425" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhWVYSXqNpb0VCeA6mSkw1VaZsX87Ayh34SMD1Y6c1vTGk7E05L0pMaBprDNdBFTp3KRASRiz2cLV6f1ddIDTbOlQaemCkJqiTZW67-Ru1yMt0kLsO9xs2yJk_ZWCOZBIrZBgxSrT2ADIN2/s640/diwali-flowers-jasmine-pooja-flowers.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
For the main door, I skipped decorating with Mango leaves. Instead, I used this paddy torana which was bought a year ago. With that taped few marigold on door. This is how main entrance looked.<br />
<br />
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiTbajoUO3l_7MbGR5PBtG6b2CB914hv0B2uWA544v9hl8y0DWpYDTJNFu-77_lO48CbO9TM7IXj5ZrfsT15YBOYhWKRy2dR8ve_6bhDVqytWG_a0Y7CTFLv2jUKhJVMHndEvrqBTZHnmH2/s1600/paddy-torana-door-hanging.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="424" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiTbajoUO3l_7MbGR5PBtG6b2CB914hv0B2uWA544v9hl8y0DWpYDTJNFu-77_lO48CbO9TM7IXj5ZrfsT15YBOYhWKRy2dR8ve_6bhDVqytWG_a0Y7CTFLv2jUKhJVMHndEvrqBTZHnmH2/s640/paddy-torana-door-hanging.jpg" width="640" /></a><br />
<br />
To add the festive charm, I hanged few chrysanthemum flowers on both side of the balcony window.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjl-sOnFlFNRYcNWiwaAtvabcmxwC7SQ6v3egrdmHxRkmErT1smH_hYKTE1df6uRxw3CNVfsuexmaRpkNj6-EzT06iZm2wlfN1bkCVzBJbjeY-mgI80KQnZth_pvQxPz7om_9rcFO5EUCZD/s1600/hanging-flowers.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="424" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjl-sOnFlFNRYcNWiwaAtvabcmxwC7SQ6v3egrdmHxRkmErT1smH_hYKTE1df6uRxw3CNVfsuexmaRpkNj6-EzT06iZm2wlfN1bkCVzBJbjeY-mgI80KQnZth_pvQxPz7om_9rcFO5EUCZD/s640/hanging-flowers.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
These two below flower arrangements I used for all four days. Added little water to keep flowers fresh. I mixed these two with terracotta diyas. Brass plates added more traditional accent to the decor.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="text-align: left;"><br /></span></div>

<br />
Our Diwali celebration began from Choti Diwali, Naraka Chaturshi. On this day, We had a traditional arati and oil bath in the morning. By evening celebrated with few diyas and lights.<br />
<br />
Next day on Laxmi pooja, I planed to add more color. For pooja setup, I kept a copper plate on wooden flat seater. Plate was filled with coins and center silver mini bowl filled with white rice holding goddess Laxmi coin, adorned with few gold jewelry. I used blank photo frame as background and used hanging flowers. I did Shankha and Chakra kolam on both the side. Used fallen paddy from the Door torana. This is how arrangement looked like.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhpEdnD18PYtb_LY_W0pY2mtukHhkiI2ISU1kbt74SLaRBXEg9HP667zQ_6Nf61cnncQiJSdow7pbx3BhBRE3U2H4Dgg5rm89qhK0BVk1Yklz4IeKLxongF6CH5QuKz5W7WGBwkPMrtexvf/s1600/laxmi-pooja-decoration.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="424" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhpEdnD18PYtb_LY_W0pY2mtukHhkiI2ISU1kbt74SLaRBXEg9HP667zQ_6Nf61cnncQiJSdow7pbx3BhBRE3U2H4Dgg5rm89qhK0BVk1Yklz4IeKLxongF6CH5QuKz5W7WGBwkPMrtexvf/s640/laxmi-pooja-decoration.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I was not able to take more pictures on first two days. I have active and demanding little one. Below are the pics taken on next day morning. I did this Aishwarya Laxmi kolam in front of the pooja setup.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjLhMXpD4CRY5pyfQyen-aRiDCoYBqg9-i3-k1hzwmGOob5QtMzdv4_0cezg7xIc3OPdIBrA3t5MPKqsuSW02aYFu8ASY-c2HUQNAbQpTVTH0riSX1jPrk9-9oYy08N03F2xNqXCMWynLU2/s1600/laxmi-mandala-godess-lakshmi-rangoli.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="424" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjLhMXpD4CRY5pyfQyen-aRiDCoYBqg9-i3-k1hzwmGOob5QtMzdv4_0cezg7xIc3OPdIBrA3t5MPKqsuSW02aYFu8ASY-c2HUQNAbQpTVTH0riSX1jPrk9-9oYy08N03F2xNqXCMWynLU2/s640/laxmi-mandala-godess-lakshmi-rangoli.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
I also draw small Laxmi pada on one side. I kept diyas and brass bowls with chrysanthemum flowers in between.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<span style="text-align: left;">This from the first set up I did. The living hall was of L shape. I divided to dining and sitting. The TV stand is actually a PC table which is transformed.</span></div>

<span style="text-align: justify;">You can notice the different position of picture frames. Same with the TV unit and Dining set. I interchanged both. The bigger PC tables in this pic is no more with us. We have given same to our maid and small unit is still on use. I am using same table for writing this blog. More interesting factor is, I am using same unit from my schooling days. The chipped out part are tooth mark of an abandon squirrel which I raised for few months. It got sweet memories of that squirrel baby attached to.</span><br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
The setup from first image was replaced by this. I added two Madhubani paintings done by me and those four wall arts were purchased at Big Bazaar.I wonder, where is Big Bazaar now ! Its place is taken by Hypercity and D mart. We have stopped going to Big Bazaar and this brand was the first hyped super market mall in India. They have recently closed their outlet nearby. Sigh.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I used to stick frames then. These frames were light weight, made up of Thermocol and paper. No framing is required. Now, TV unit got its surround audio system and still able to stand all the weight!</div>

When we moved to our second home in Mumbai, same setting continued with little changes. This image was taken without audio speakers. I usually rearrange all my knickknack after dusting. I dust once in a week or in two weeks. With that arrangement changes. </div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I loved those two plaster of paris elephants. One of them broken while wiping floor by maid and second one followed same fate after few months. Both of them stayed well in the hand of my old maid, old house. Hmm.</div>

This is with the new TV unit. You can see the elephant standing alone without its partner! The PC table used to bear all this stuff went back to carry PC. I do not have many images with different decorations and placing of same house. Its because, I went busy with new job. Before that, I stayed at home for two years enjoying rearranging and taking pictures.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">

<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
This image is from the third and present home. Same old TV unit holds LCD now. As usual settings and placing of objects changes as per my mood. At present I am having different settings. This is from old footage. That right side golden pothos and left side palm plant are not more in their glory. The lucky plant, Bamboo stem has grown 3 ft long now and enjoying breeze in balcony.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I'll post another series with different sitting arrangement tried in this present home. I searched my footage, not to find any closeup shot of TV unit. Last couple of years, My hobby of taking pictures of home at different time is been reduced. Nowadays, I enjoy being at space rather than documenting.</div>

Its said every house reflect characters of its housemates. This is true in my case. My house is like me, ever changing and ever evolving. Its good to see old photos and remember those moments. Happy Reading!</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
This is about my first experience about cultivating tomato at home. Now days, all I dream is to own a farm and grow all kind of veggies and fruits. There are much more years to make this dream come true. Till that day why to wait? Thus, my urge to do farming led me this idea of home/pot growing veggies.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
With this idea lingering in my mind, I came through Savita's blog. I read about her home composting experiments. <a href="https://savitahiremath.com/2014/12/13/my-own-home-composting-experiment-my-own-little-triumph/" target="_blank">Link </a> I also read about Ecobin composting which is based on Bokashi method. <a href="https://savitahiremath.com/2015/08/09/home-composting-replace-kitchen-waste-bin-with-ecobin-let-bokashi-bloom-in-your-garden/" target="_blank">Link</a> I follow Mrs Vani Murthy on FB. I have seen photos of her composting method. Few years back, I was inspired by Daily Dump and Kambha, tired clay pots for home composting. <a href="http://dailydump.org/shopping/index.php/composters/home-composters.html" target="_blank">Link</a> Until now, always wanted to try it out but never did. Thought why not use home composting manure for tomatoes? Searched to find out more about this and find out easy explained video on You Tube. <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-7IM5sWl9GY">Link</a>. I got same topic another link on Endlessly Green. <a href="https://savitahiremath.com/2014/12/16/aerobic-home-composting-exploring-vani-murthys-favourite-methods/">Link.</a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I thought of mixing all these into one experiment, producing manure from kitchen waste and growing tomato directly on same pot. For this I bought four pots. I punched enough holes using hot nail. There must be enough air circulating to decompose the kitchen waste. I started with layering with coconut fiber. And then a layer of soil. On top of this, I started to put my kitchen waste. I also added dry leaves from my balcony garden. And again layered with soil. I have added organic manure and a spoon of buttermilk to start the process. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidDNeb8sXSw4HSqrWoW6K2bKbWCLk8YYw-mZ0y0HbMl0hBcbi1WfHwQM-QaJctdOMMvgw9GygYyMvh7ADiqnmre7zLZ3mf7RBLkWQ3oQtMzNk_ckISRazpQLNRmdo7EfeHHoiOXmah3Fop/s1600/kitchen-compost-DIY.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidDNeb8sXSw4HSqrWoW6K2bKbWCLk8YYw-mZ0y0HbMl0hBcbi1WfHwQM-QaJctdOMMvgw9GygYyMvh7ADiqnmre7zLZ3mf7RBLkWQ3oQtMzNk_ckISRazpQLNRmdo7EfeHHoiOXmah3Fop/s640/kitchen-compost-DIY.jpg" width="608" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
This process took me a week to fill single pot. I filled four pots one my one. As mentioned, I had a plan to grow tomato plant directly on this manure. That's why I started seedling of tomato. I used seeds from a good ripen tomato. Seeds germinated quickly and took weeks to turn into seedling. At the same time decomposing process was started in the pots. It took more than a month. Both process were happening side by side.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Meanwhile, I read good tutorial on tomato cultivation from YouTube. I need to mention about California Gardening which explains every aspects of growing potatoes in a planter. <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NAfauLBWwmQ">Link.</a> They have mention to give nitrogen fertilizer first and then calcium source and.so on. They have clearly mentioned to grow tomatoes on a potting mix not on potting soil. I ignored those tips and went on my own methods. Its better to experiment and learn our own way.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
As the pots were getting ready, seedling turned into saplings. I pruned extra branches coming out and kept single main stem. This video helped me a lot. <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bgmmz2hCNlY">Link</a> I planted sapling in each composting pots and moved them to another window space to get direct sunlight. I used electrical wire tube to stake these plants. Within couple of weeks plants grew and flowered. That was a delighted sight, small yellow flowers peeping out from green leaves. Again I followed these steps to do hand pollinate. <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4_Mi-EwFqw">Link</a> Still few fell down and few grew into fruits. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi-vViJo5PQm674KecG86YvoUpywXlW_HImNC2SbEfdJRGnu463I_J62g-KPjQVGQ2TYhkcZ_U6_IPvSV71dVKaKRIXOpecoxauVuGZ42HW2DSZEzUBaQv-U2UhaV52b5OqbXcEGkqcZ5l1/s1600/home-grown-tomato.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi-vViJo5PQm674KecG86YvoUpywXlW_HImNC2SbEfdJRGnu463I_J62g-KPjQVGQ2TYhkcZ_U6_IPvSV71dVKaKRIXOpecoxauVuGZ42HW2DSZEzUBaQv-U2UhaV52b5OqbXcEGkqcZ5l1/s640/home-grown-tomato.jpg" width="609" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
It took total four months to harvest first home grown tomatoes. The journey was worthwhile. And the fruits were juicy and tasty too.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I was able to harvest few tomatoes from these four plants. In between we went on a long trip and these plants dried up. Now, planing to start once again. This time aiming for Mirchi, Brinjal with Tomaoto. Lets see what happens.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>

<br />
<br />
<br />
Ye!! A little angel is born and now she is on her fifth month. Everything went on smoothly. I am back with regular day-to-day life with major change of having one more cute little member to our home.<br />
<br />
As I said in my <a href="http://allsoupis.blogspot.in/2015/09/new-life.html" target="_blank">earlier post</a>, I was clueless about the worth of shopping I did before delivery. Now, all I can say that every penny spent was worthy. Here, I am going to show you my hospital bag. I did a lot of googling and watched you tube before making these decisions.<br />
<br />
I did not buy a diaper bag or a new brand bag for hospital. The idea of getting a new bag found useless for me. I used our old American Tourist handbag which is very comfort for carrying. It has two and front one compartment. I divided baby stuffs and kept in them in separate pockets, One had toiletries , one with tissues and another with first wearing baby cloth set. All cloths were packed in separate transparent plastic bags.<br />
<br />
I even cut my old T-shirt and made small palm size squares to wipe the poop. (pink). I was not sure of using baby wipes on delicate skin of new-born then. I made two long cloths by my old three forth pant. (blue color with flower motif). These were pretty much handy at the hospital.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgFznfq2Di1k2FA6dyvCTUQEJvWCb7mT9Qmv1_99Pwu_Tk61TgKDVMAiFG5aw2-CzSzw4VWTxwNT7BcE2ATb_JPu3Pl10RO68umSZ53NMGBMsjhjJRx2NPkbvHDOm_QeyG0fnva80H2th_M/s1600/HospitalBag01.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="425" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgFznfq2Di1k2FA6dyvCTUQEJvWCb7mT9Qmv1_99Pwu_Tk61TgKDVMAiFG5aw2-CzSzw4VWTxwNT7BcE2ATb_JPu3Pl10RO68umSZ53NMGBMsjhjJRx2NPkbvHDOm_QeyG0fnva80H2th_M/s640/HospitalBag01.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
I am a big 'Himalaya' brand fan. So opted for all 'Himalaya' product. I also read good review about their child care products. Baby Wipes, Baby powder, Baby rash cream and Baby soap, all are from the same brand.<br />
<br />
I say, Baby wipes are must. It's easy to clean baby buttocks after poops and pee. And also these keep baby rash free.<br />
<br />
I have not used baby rash cream and powder till baby is a month old. My mallishwali denied using these as baby skin is very sensitive. She even denied of using baby shampoo till first two weeks.<br />
<br />
And I should say about Pigeon nappy liners. I would suggest to buy these. The first baby poo, meconium stool is hard to wash. Just layer the baby nappy with these and save yourself from cleaning and washing the nappy cloth.<br />
<br />
We have not used baby diapers till a month. In hospital, Doctors deny using diapers. For new born pee count is important. We need to count how many times a new born wet the nappy. New-born health is also diagnosed by this. If baby is dehydrating or is baby getting enough of mother feed, everything can be determined by pee count. In a ready made diaper, one can not count the pee and poo.<br />
<br />
From the prev shopping, I prepared four hand stitched muslin squares each one feet to swaddle the new born. I had also made eight muslin squares and kept edges not sewed. As I said earlier, not wanted to use old dhoti or cotton saree to wrap our new-born. I hand washed to remove the starch from these muslin. I have also used 'Dettol' to sanitation. Same with other baby cloths, nappies, receiving blanket and even baby bed bought earlier. You can see folded origami nappy below the belt. This technique I leaned from watching You tube tutorials.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEglKuUsVR0EyzsI7cq3suQogcSSu7wnuvAuQmCxbU7O4Bvkx8ToXx6CT4xmnYuc8u1BhpA6PQo4mVmy5ZM7dfvw2y2HGcPgWApK-DcAmWQcHj3r2eW4BfvcTuUrkzuRffKOJ9rmEcGMxf4j/s1600/HospitalBag02.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="425" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEglKuUsVR0EyzsI7cq3suQogcSSu7wnuvAuQmCxbU7O4Bvkx8ToXx6CT4xmnYuc8u1BhpA6PQo4mVmy5ZM7dfvw2y2HGcPgWApK-DcAmWQcHj3r2eW4BfvcTuUrkzuRffKOJ9rmEcGMxf4j/s640/HospitalBag02.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
We both decided to put muslin tie vest for the new born. That's why I kept a muslin cloth, a cap and a white muslin vest separate in a plastic bag. My hospital swaddle the new born baby by their own cloths. Later as we shift to our room, asked us to give related baby cloths from us. This arrangement was handy at the time of dressing up the baby for the first time.<br />
<br />
And for other baby cloths, I matched them with cap and mittens kept separate. This arrangement to help my hubby to dress up baby each day. This method was useful. After birth, I was not able to move from my hospital bed. He only managed to get out all baby cloths from the bag. Neat packing and separation helped him a lot.<br />
<br />
Above pic also showing two small cloth belts prepared by me. Even though, I have not used them at the hospital. I thought of tie baby nappies with these. This idea did not work well. So, dropped.<br />
<br />
And most important thing is Maternity pads. I searched in the net for these. I was sad of not getting these in the online market. When I inquired other mommies, most of them have used sanitary pads instead of maternity pads. I wonder, how can a sanitary pad hold that much of blood overflowing! I got to know about 'Mothercare' maternity pads. I personally was not satisfied by the look of the product. After much of searching, I asked our regular ' 24 hours' medical shop and I got these! I was so relaxed and later came to know that these are the same used by my hospital.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjEhZB8kn479zIgbBur9BTaeryheOTSa0B2lkE0CbcVKLYqmy3dkuH5jDaDR38ek94HhmAjRRP8AD_B6j5n-2FyK9aZta7UxVBLuHUg19JE9ml4SmK25lZKiBJnUxL_V0PlZKz_c1oOsily/s1600/HospitalBag03.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="425" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjEhZB8kn479zIgbBur9BTaeryheOTSa0B2lkE0CbcVKLYqmy3dkuH5jDaDR38ek94HhmAjRRP8AD_B6j5n-2FyK9aZta7UxVBLuHUg19JE9ml4SmK25lZKiBJnUxL_V0PlZKz_c1oOsily/s640/HospitalBag03.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
I also bought use and through under garments from ' Mom and Me". These were much useful. These are like knitted cloth and allow air to pass. These helps to heal fast. And design is so that it covers till our belly, stretchable. These are best against the cloth undergarments we use. I bought one pack and reused only one from three. I was at the hospital for five days and first three days are given sponge bath. I had c section and everything is taken care by nurses. Later, I felt very easy while changing by my self. I'll write in detail about my experience in another post.<br />
<br />
In total, I can say my packing worked for me well. I was accompanied by my husband to the hospital. First three days, my hubby took care of me and new born. All these arrangements and You tube lessons worked for us. Made our hospital life easier. Reminds you that, this is our first baby.<br />
<br />
Forgot to mention about my cloths. I had purchased maternity nursing dress. In my hospital, we need to wear their own cloths during hospitalization. They gave washed cloths every day and if soiled, gave another pair. because of that. there was no need of personal clothing for me. I knew about this before admitting. That's why carried a set of salwar set to wear while coming back home from hospital.<br />
<br />
In total, our hospital bag comprised of above mentioned baby cloths, my cloth sets and toiletries. This also included all other products <a href="http://allsoupis.blogspot.in/2015/09/new-life.html" target="_blank">bought earlier</a>, baby towel, baby cloth nappies, baby towel and baby bed/godhali.<br />
<br />

<span style="background-color: white;">This is another post related to taking product photos for my e shop. In the first post explained how I created </span><span style="background-color: white;">low-cost</span><span style="background-color: white;"> light box. You can check the same <a href="http://allsoupis.blogspot.in/2014/11/creating-your-own-low-cost-light-box.html" target="_blank">HERE</a>. I used same light setup to take most of the featured products. But when I was introducing fashion clothing, this set up was of no use. Because its </span><span style="background-color: white;">small</span><span style="background-color: white;">. The light box which I made was only good for jewelry and metal artifacts. At first I thought to </span><span style="background-color: white;">ask</span><span style="background-color: white;"> my friends to model wearing the cloths. This idea was not possible as I have only single piece in each design. I believe </span><span style="background-color: white;">it's not</span><span style="background-color: white;"> good to sell the product once wore by another person. So, after some brain storming thought to click with natural light. Here is the result of first trial at my balcony.</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEilCACkPBQtZSTCJ_Up4-tQ-NpXBT5Ga81IQm6CR1voopFBs-JlTRyfR7tsH8hyphenhyphenCl1Mhx_oXG1zuSygW40CpTe2PM_EwP1pecMJS3glk7aDqyTCvbm4UoyUbvBcR8ztYNFK8QqkeY5kzpf2/s1600/auraa01.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="456" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEilCACkPBQtZSTCJ_Up4-tQ-NpXBT5Ga81IQm6CR1voopFBs-JlTRyfR7tsH8hyphenhyphenCl1Mhx_oXG1zuSygW40CpTe2PM_EwP1pecMJS3glk7aDqyTCvbm4UoyUbvBcR8ztYNFK8QqkeY5kzpf2/s640/auraa01.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<span style="background-color: white;">Still I was not sure. I googled to find out more ways to click cloths. Many people are using white board and pin the cloths on it, light properly n take the shoot. For me, I have no studio setup. My space and budget do not allow me to spend on these items. If I go outdoor, there are chances of getting the cloths stained. After much of thinking a way out, I got this idea, why not use white cloth as background and use wooden frame to take the pictures. So decided to go with this idea. Here you can see the setup.</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhBZEQkY83lynibunoB8VkgCC6tTTQUV7rHZXTwmvxWyih_QZrGaWCSZJB6Bz9V8lD6a4Hlnl-9h7gHhVG3C5YiZ0ypV3XQQMkhtkOJA6a5qmVaLD8-TZcgfJHaVMgcqjLwJ29TCpB2cuHP/s1600/auraa02.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="456" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhBZEQkY83lynibunoB8VkgCC6tTTQUV7rHZXTwmvxWyih_QZrGaWCSZJB6Bz9V8lD6a4Hlnl-9h7gHhVG3C5YiZ0ypV3XQQMkhtkOJA6a5qmVaLD8-TZcgfJHaVMgcqjLwJ29TCpB2cuHP/s640/auraa02.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
To make the frame stand was challenging. I used weight filled shoe box on one side and tied white string on another side. Later covered the box with dress material and photoshoped the string. Here is the result.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGP6duVmnL0YXzIpuI5MD9rndOK6BIH9hFT9v-ntTkVR3PrssGspH7yR3Vq_TXx4B8oz9Qcq5vJpYfQqU9T2ITVp1BeZHP2pe_bmXAYNmGBRW8O0DOKOoFEUU10kIm8QzBvgKwXFvUBs5k/s1600/auraa03.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="456" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGP6duVmnL0YXzIpuI5MD9rndOK6BIH9hFT9v-ntTkVR3PrssGspH7yR3Vq_TXx4B8oz9Qcq5vJpYfQqU9T2ITVp1BeZHP2pe_bmXAYNmGBRW8O0DOKOoFEUU10kIm8QzBvgKwXFvUBs5k/s640/auraa03.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Later edited with designer pattern sketches and the product images looks like this. I have not brighten the images. I wanted to show the actual colors as much possible.<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="text-align: justify;">In another one month we are turning into a family from couples! Yes, I am nervous, excited and bit tense as I was never interested in babies. I like children above 2-3 yrs old not babies. From my early ages I used stay away from small babies. If ever we have to visit a newborn, I used to touch their feet or hands and never liked to hold them in my arms. Now, I am having our own baby! And I have to take responsibility of this new tiny life. Oh!</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The major change happened after pregnancy was to quit my job. I did not have any complication, still my doctor suggested to quit my job as it required long (35 km) traveling from my home. I felt quiet bad. My career life was going good and my e shop was also doing great. Suddenly life has taken a turn. What else I could have done, I let it go.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
First few weeks sitting at home and doing nothing made me feel relaxed. As the hormones started to change and vomiting started, life became hell. First trimester was not at all good. After fourth month, I started to feel better. Until the sixth month, I kept my self away from computer and social media. I was rarely able to sit in front of PC or do surfing from mobile. I have even stopped watching TV.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As the conditions improved and started to feel better, I am back on surfing as usual. Only difference is my net surfing theme changed from creative stuffs to more of baby stuffs. I started to learn from 'baby center', 'bounty', 'what to expect' and other sites. I wanted to know more about Indian moms and their pregnancy experiences. Looked for good baby and new mother blogs. I found very few. Its same with V logs, very few. There are several blogs about parenting, few about pregnancy experiences like <a href="http://www.bumpsnbaby.com/category/pregnancy/labor-delivery/" target="_blank">Bumps n Baby</a>, <a href="http://www.wholesomemamma.in/category/birth" target="_blank">Wholesome mama</a> and <a href="https://thenewindianmom.wordpress.com/2013/08/" target="_blank">The new Indian mom</a>. So I thought, why not blog about my experience? I was not sure about this as I do not consider having a baby is some thing greatest beautiful thing happens in women life. That's why I decided to blog about baby shopping than trimesters. I might write about my experience, later.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I do not know why shopping for the baby before delivery considered as a bad omen. I have heard that new mothers collect old baby cloths from others members of family. Only after the birth, new cloths are allowed to buy. I do not believe in this tradition. I do not feel any harm in shopping for a new life. Therefore went with my shopping instincts. Before that I watched many foreigners v logs to know what to shop and what not to shop. And decided to do my own. These surfing introduced me whole new vocabulary like swaddles, wrappers, nappies, diapers, onesies, rompers, mittens, jobalas and so on.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I searched with available online shops like babyoye and first cry. Also visited infant cloths shops in malls. I was not sure from where to start. During my visit to neighboring shopping complex for weekend chats introduced me to a new shop which deals only with infant and pregnancy clothing. The lady was nice to me. She showed different options and varieties. There I bought two swaddles ( pink n pattern), three vests (two cotton muslin cloth), two cotton nappies and a quick dry sheet. I was not sure about other stuffs. Therefor shopped only these. Also I bought two meter muslin white cloth from adjacent cloth shop for multipurpose use. Here is snap from my first shopping.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCejuLUAsPo46Qv3HzZncqtKgNASSXQUIt04yVXK3R3Fp32tq6LvDBHy0Q12nk-qFBlcQBZeq29bTGmADI4ECKIfVovdoF7ijTmTacrBk9c5lS995vpcbCr7HjppoS87HYgbOQp5Ld1lAM/s1600/Baby_cloths.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="424" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCejuLUAsPo46Qv3HzZncqtKgNASSXQUIt04yVXK3R3Fp32tq6LvDBHy0Q12nk-qFBlcQBZeq29bTGmADI4ECKIfVovdoF7ijTmTacrBk9c5lS995vpcbCr7HjppoS87HYgbOQp5Ld1lAM/s640/Baby_cloths.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
And for my second round of shopping I went to Thane main market looking for infant garments shops. I found out several shops at Ram Maruti Road and did shopping in selected two shops; 'Katty Batty' and 'Monica'. Second shop 'Monica' has huge collection and very adorable prints. Here is what I spent on my second round. Another swaddle as I liked teddy prints on it, four cute caps, three colored caps with string, two small-sized nylon spread sheets, four vest with front hook ( read these are handy to dress newborn), four colorful mittens and two bath towels.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgYBwL0TIx4bm4oJf_AcFJ8RCkSZ9v7TyGthAUtXR2OucW-5iEo9WfF7-mVayGD31dahoRMMfR9VwfOciSKtxTDhxNZ-XS-DvEzOsRQniIKJLRSCAqyOlxn3Ft-D-YutuM7r2D6H_-PCLHu/s1600/Baby_cloths2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="425" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgYBwL0TIx4bm4oJf_AcFJ8RCkSZ9v7TyGthAUtXR2OucW-5iEo9WfF7-mVayGD31dahoRMMfR9VwfOciSKtxTDhxNZ-XS-DvEzOsRQniIKJLRSCAqyOlxn3Ft-D-YutuM7r2D6H_-PCLHu/s640/Baby_cloths2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I was not sure about receiving blankets. As he wanted to have at least one. The prints were so tempting that I agreed to buy one (top left). I saw in v logs that these are not much of use. I can decide about that later. Bottom left is the godali/quilt bought from first shop. Later in another shop I was unable to resist (top right) quilt because of its two sided prints. Bottom left is another blanket which has side+head cushions. This could be used as receiver and as bed.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQ2KTzNvBxjFs5JoY26_pmAKnZam7U5aQsHkbuSowtyRQphhos5nPEqT7Z6JZ6z_-zUvcMbXbMP3-q1GnR4twi5uamQp5BoxwDvZM1b3Xa0KyxxGxZTHMR7y3BKS3J3uNSmLRFYXmjxz3i/s1600/Baby_cloths3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="424" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQ2KTzNvBxjFs5JoY26_pmAKnZam7U5aQsHkbuSowtyRQphhos5nPEqT7Z6JZ6z_-zUvcMbXbMP3-q1GnR4twi5uamQp5BoxwDvZM1b3Xa0KyxxGxZTHMR7y3BKS3J3uNSmLRFYXmjxz3i/s640/Baby_cloths3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white;">How much are these going to useful, I have no clues. And in my pending list are baby diapers and bathing products. My hospital has suggested to bring baby diapers with soap, shampoo. I have to see whether they are bathing </span><span class="mceItemHidden" style="background-color: white;">newborn or not. I heard it depends from hospital to hospital. I also want to use cloth nappies. I have learned how to fold square cloth in an origami style. As I would be taking rest after delivery, its him and nurses to decide what to use, what to not. However planing for buying some more muslin and lining cloth to use as nappies. Let me see.</span></div>

First one is collected from Udaipur. It was kept back side in the shelf, as they do in all metal craft showrooms. They normally keep good pieces at back. I has to insist them to remove and show it to me. Shop keeper said, its some goddess from South. I guessed it might be Meenakshi. I am not sure. If you know the name, please correct me. The lady is standing on double 'Peetha', holding a Parrot, dressed in shoulder ornament ( guess, its kucha bandha) symbolizing royal lady, has Mukuta and one sided combed hair with fine crafted ear wares and back parts. I loved this bronze piece. Its for our personal collection, not for sale.<br />

Following brass one is collected from Pandharapur for my e shop. This is not an antique. They are made with antique look alike with very fine finishing. With Chakra, Shankha and Gadha, suggest he is none other than Vishnu. My hubby wants to keep with us as its always difficult to get a fine crafted piece. But I had bought this only for the e shop. So going with my choice. For SALE!<br />

When I started my <a href="http://www.craftkhazana.com/index.cfm" target="_blank">e-shop</a><a href="https://www.blogger.com/null">,</a> my major concern was about product shoot. I am not an expert and I can not afford professional photographer at the start up stage. So, I went ahead with natural lighting for product images. My hubby took starting series of product images. I designed the composition and he took it. As he is a free man and has own ideas of taking photos and I wanted to take photos in my own way. There for this collaboration did not work. With that he become too busy with his own work.<br />
<br />
Then, there left no choice. For second series of brass diyas, I managed to took photos in natural light. I was not happy by the result. Still went ahead as there was urgency for me to introduce brass diyas before Diwali. And that's the few rare moment I hold his camera. I normally use his old camera to take photos. I do not touch his DSLR. Now, Its is the time to learn few tips and tricks. <br />
<br />
When I checked other sites, few used natural lighting and some studio lighting. For me, its little difficult to go out and take photos. As I have to carry all products and need to maintain them away from dust and scratches. More over there is no direct sunlight hits inside my house. So, choice was clear, to go for studio setting.<br />
<br />
I goggled and find out few good product photo shoot tutorials, also went through video tutorials. After studying a bit, created this light box set up which worked out for me. All tutorials suggested main few things, ie a polished surface, continuous backdrop, diffuser and Photoshop. I went to hardware shop and bought two tiles, black and white and butter paper. Already I had thermocol at home purchased for packaging. Now, with all these, I created this box.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVAxAZV7s9grtIUeZhFHrJe6rHEycWGFTCLUaMeVRsKWfXlKBNTqiRsix_G7RGnD6gbAXOueKZcbiP5CYUFjjcp6cdH9Ql-wBWPBDe34EjgPdqMowC-4eHCP1hrNf-HYLZFG5ktZTqSq78/s1600/DIY_lightbox.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVAxAZV7s9grtIUeZhFHrJe6rHEycWGFTCLUaMeVRsKWfXlKBNTqiRsix_G7RGnD6gbAXOueKZcbiP5CYUFjjcp6cdH9Ql-wBWPBDe34EjgPdqMowC-4eHCP1hrNf-HYLZFG5ktZTqSq78/s1600/DIY_lightbox.jpg" width="456" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
I hope this image explains you better. Simple formula, have two light source from opposite sides. Use diffuser to create an ambient light feeling. As I wanted lights to be movable, attached them to two old diaries using brown tape. Have a semi reflecting tile as surface, a backdrop. Used low aperture (8.5 to 10)and low shutter speed (1/10 to 1/20). Used remote sensor click and 35mm fixed lens. After taking images, post processed them. I have adjusted white balance in Light room and levels in Photo shop. For taking displayed jewelery image, I have tried 6th times. Trying with different light positions and placing another diffuser from top. Do not forget to switch off other light sources.<br />
<br />
Now I have fixed this set up in a corner in our 'workshop' room. I got good result by replacing tiles with textured and white card sheet. You can check other product images from my <a href="http://www.craftkhazana.com/index.cfm" target="_blank">site.</a> I do not say these are the finest product photos. But, these are good enough at the start up point and to impress buyers.<br />
<br />
If you have any tips and tricks, please share with me. Its always wonderful to share knowledge.</div>

Do you like beads jewelry? I love them. I have a small collection collected over years. I do wear them according to my moods not with a matching sense. In my office, I always interested in taking a glimpse at others neck wears as well as ear wears. I do appreciate for unique selections and also for assembling them with different attires.<br />
<br />
Always colleague Tejashree's collections amazed me, all because of combinations of different stones and colors. Later on, I came to know that, she creates them. When I started this <a href="http://www.craftkhazana.com/">e shop</a>, asked her for selling her creations. She happily agreed and created these amazing stuffs for me. Look at the myriad combinations of shape and colors! She teamed up with her mother, who also has a bold sense of design and started creating this beaded jewelry line. Each bead is placed keeping in mind the harmony and the overall balance of the jewelry piece.<br />

I was so happy to see this post and to connect to their shop, <a href="http://www.in.skygoodies.co/">Sky Goodies.</a> Somewhere I saw these tiny colorful trucks and always want to have one of those. As soon as I got the link from <a href="http://artnlight.blogspot.in/2014/11/sky-goodies-give-away.html">Art n Light</a>, next thing for me was ADD 2 CART. And Yesterday, the much waited parcel arrived. I was so exited and happy. I had ordered this truck and another auto. I wanted to create these with my hubby. As he was late from the office, I did it for myself. I enjoyed detaching, folding and gumming. Front face area was little tricky, still enjoyable. Final product depends on how well you are at gluing. And mini vibrant Indian truck is ready to shine in my shelf.<br />

Uff! It took whole day to do a design makeover. Now shop is looking better. As shop is growing, wanted to add more attributes. That's why checked with options available with other templates again. Then with same old look and little changes did 70% what I wanted to do. Its a heavy task to work as content writer, product photographer and also as a web designer!<br />

At that time, only thing I had in mind was BRASS collection; antique and antique look like. I went to Mohammed Ali road and dig many shops till I found these finest pieces. I also have other items which not want to sale. If these items are not sold, no worries for me. Because these are going to be my pride possession till I handover these to others.<br />
<br />
Nut Cracker from Hyderabad region. Its very fine piece, I selected only one from five others.<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<img border="0" height="457" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjaoKWrQkHQygutQDA3RK6URcPsrxpPgZ-HjzudRMESPCF1b1Qcjki8YUldgTVYKCdFsG32_n6_45ekMCZwCG5Hvvw5Wjp-EshNOwBOB_eiodeZ61vH0efEdg47aFIbMZX0Rds5IC_v4dJI/s1600/Gorgeous_nutcracker.jpg" width="640" /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I loved this design. So cute and very well done piece. Its said to be used as candle holder, I thought why not use as incense holder?</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" height="456" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj5wnNF7fUHkMjAlcuqV2DqwJMljH2MY6WxgL26UhhjnOpt5ZCfQhOMiG1BWScmRmVdDQEPvdapFldNpaiAHj59MaNyuwiqXn1eWSrLz4shQtcYRIKmhOlX_I1CPhqZ3Nt3D2f1hv9PJLI1/s1600/Matsya_incense_holder.jpg" width="640" /></div>
<br />
This is another hunt, I picked only because of its fine finishing. its still intact. Upper body and lower stand can be separated to remove the incense left over from its stomach. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<img alt="http://www.craftkhazana.com/products/PIH001/pages/collections/antique-hunting" border="0" height="456" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhdbuVrLtbQXfGizTM0YSzjNJWL6yviTBe9Q4X1WljWgq-ILtJIN7BYRW97eKt5evgXQ9pyZei-gPhpF8v9f3a_NshKXnWYBPGHFDGSWvdy_-LOo9BYXx27y6OYJzrSrTb5X1BW_sTZ3yKZ/s1600/Pankhi_incense_holder.jpg" width="640" /></div>
<br />
Check this, I really loved this piece. Sad thing is, its lid joint is been replaced by the collector. I am ok with this. Still colors left over are there, I have not cleaned it neatly. It shows been used. A rare Haladi and Kumkum brass box. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<img alt="http://www.craftkhazana.com/products/AH001/pages/collections/antique-hunting" border="0" height="456" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjNxIYOOIvu5mI3WAnVd8z2M6_0O7vIcwJt4adFm-31mdcMbROLrsz-Ad36FuYuG6PAeaeSwTeEh1iM5LINXr1yAzFx6_nZ08B_3t4tOVgbhAFmtzvVFkn2PDatosVW2eW4DqgLoSY0sgqa/s1600/Saubhagya_kumkum_holder.jpg" width="640" /></div>
<br />
There were many other things which I wanted to buy. But firstly I wanted to check with sales. I am still not sure about the buyers for this. Main thing is I am not the right person to sell antique. Still as a collector, I can buy this for my home and can share with others.<br />
